Advertising Regulations: Due to advertising regulations enforced by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) and Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) on the aesthetics industry, Skin Haven Aesthetics operates within strict guidelines regarding information dissemination. Our website content adheres to these regulations to ensure compliance. Any pricing related to aesthetic treatments is unable to be disclosed online. We now require an in-person consultation to be performed to determine treatment suitability. Pricing will be discussed upon consultation. However, if you have any questions or concerns regarding our treatments or services, please feel free to contact or visit us directly. We are more than happy to address any inquiries you may have in person.

Qualified Nurse Practitioners: All treatments at Skin Haven Aesthetics are performed by a qualified Registered Nurse, under a team of prescribing Medical Doctors. Our team is committed to upholding the highest standards of safety and professionalism. We take every measure to ensure a clean and safe environment for our clients. We adhere to industry regulations, standards and best practices governed by AHPRA and the Nursing and Midwifery Board’s Code of Conduct and Decision Making Framework.

Consultations & Prescribing: At Skin Haven Aesthetics, we perform medical procedures. This requires full and accurate medical consultations prior to every procedure to ensure patient suitability. Medications and dosing are prescribed by a Medical Doctor, if deemed medically safe and appropriate to approve treatment. Photos are part of the process, and refusal of photos will result in no treatment. Aesthetics procedures are elective medical procedures, therefore we reserve the right by law to refuse treatment for any patient, at any time, for any reason. Informed consent will be gained prior to treatment and aftercare provided also, with 24 hour contact to a health professional should complications arise.

Appointment Cancellation Policy: Skin Haven Aesthetics understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating the rescheduling or cancellation of appointments. However, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a fee for late cancellations or no-shows, as our practitioners' time is valuable and appointments are in high demand.
